Who we are
VULGAR, operating from New South Wales, Australia. You can reach us through the contact page.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices can change at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed.
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch, not when you click the button. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item has sold out, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after taking payment, you get a full refund.
Stock and product images
We try to keep availability accurate, but stock can sell out between you adding something to your cart and completing checkout. Product photography is as accurate as we can make it; colours can look different between screens.
Delivery
We ship to the destinations offered at checkout. Orders are normally dispatched within a few business days. Delivery timeframes given at checkout are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for carrier delays once a parcel has left us.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please make sure your delivery address is correct — we cannot recover parcels sent to an address you entered incorrectly.
Returns
Returns and exchanges are covered by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Our designs
The VULGAR name, logo, artwork and designs on this site belong to us. Buying a garment buys you the garment — it does not license you to reproduce the artwork, print it yourself, or use it commercially.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and let us know if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Liability
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, we limit it to replacing the goods or refunding what you paid.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
